TUITION AND FEES, 2010-2011 

Application Fee (non-refundable) $50.00 – For new students only.  

Due with the application.

Testing Fee (non-refundable) $50.00 – For new students who need testing.  

Due at time of testing.

Registration Fee

Elementary Students (Kindergarten – Sixth Grade)

Junior High & High School Students (Seventh Grade – Twelfth Grade)

For returning students and others registering in the spring, the registration fee may be paid entirely at the time of registration or may be paid 1/3 at registration with the balance due in two additional monthly payments. The registration fee must be paid in full by August 5, 2010. This is an annual registration fee for all students and offsets expenses for student accident insurance, disaster preparedness, library, yearbook, technology, textbooks, etc.

Miscellaneous Fees 

There are some additional fees such as special activity fees, athletic fees, field trips, etc., to be paid at the time the activity commences. 


Monthly Tuition

Option 1     Full Tuition Payment due directly to the school no later than August 5, 2010. This option entitles the responsible party to a 2.5% discount. Discounts will be voided if full payment is not received by August 5th.

Option 2     10 Monthly Payments through FACTS. This option entitles the responsible party to budget payments over 10 months through FACTS Tuition Management Company beginning August, 2010. Payments will be deducted from your account on either the 5th or 20th of each month. An annual $38 set-up fee will be debited from your account prior to the first payment.

Option 3     11 Monthly Payments through FACTS. This option entitles the responsible party to budget payments over 11 months through FACTS Tuition Management Company beginning July, 2010. Payments will be deducted from your account on either the 5th or 20th of each month. An annual $38 set-up fee will be debited from your account prior to the first payment.

No student will be allowed to begin classes until all required fees are paid and tuition is current.

Scrip

 Each family is required to participate in the SCRIP program or pay an annual $250 opt-out fee.  SCRIP is a dollar-for-dollar exchange.  The actual donation to the school comes from the participating merchants.  SCRIP is available for the basics (groceries, gasoline, etc.) as well as non-necessities (restaurants, theaters, etc.).  Requirements for SCRIP are as follows: 

  • Families with one K-12 student – $4,000 per school year (suggested: $400 per month for 10 months)
  • Families with two or more K-12 students – $5,000 per school year (suggested: $500 per month for 10 months)
